Africa would have become an economic hub/economic force even before the 50 yrs mentioned in the report ,if Gadaffi was still a live. Africa was robbed of man who was championing african cause.

I don't think that African countries will become a dominant economic force in the next 50 years, neither in the next 100 years. The situation in this area is so bad, people are so poor and a lot of them are dying everyday because of the bad conditions of life, so.. how is suppose they to become an important economic force in these conditions? :|
